Acacia honey is light straw to golden yellow in color. Due to the high content of fructose, it crystallizes only very slowly.

Acacia honey contains minerals, vitamins (A, B, C, H), carbohydrates, and antioxidants.

Acacia honey is also the clearest of honey. Honey has a harmonious taste, and the aroma of agave flowers is sweet and delicate. It has excellent disinfecting effects. With regular use, it lowers blood pressure. Its consumption is recommended for coughs, but also for indigestion caused by overacidity of the stomach.
