Api Mineral tablets have been designed to be a perfect nutritional supplement for anyone who wants or needs to supplement food intake with a complex of natural minerals and vitamins. It is well-known that the organism benefits more from natural vitamins and minerals than from those artificial ones.

Aquamin, a natural multi-mineral complex, is produced from the skeleton of the seaweed called "Lithothamnion Coralloides". It is rich in calcium (33%),magnesium and other (alltogether more than 70) trace elements. It stands out due to a great deal of physical and chemical properties that make it a natural source of marine bioactive minerals to supplement and enrich the food. Usage (Dosage):

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day, 20 min. prior meal, flushed with a bit of water
Children: ½ tablet twice a day, 20 min. prior meal, flushed with a bit of water.

Recommendation:

To achieve the desired effect, it is essential to use the products for at least 3 months. However, keep in mind, that it is recommended to begin with consumption of any bee product in a very small amount and increase the dosage steadily. If you do not have any experience with bee products and are afraid (or even scared) of an allergic reaction, here is a simple tolerance test: Apply a few drops of water, alcohol or oil extract of propolis on the inner side of your wrist. If you do not notice any reaction (swelling, itching, redness) within the next 24 hours, you can use propolis in any form confidently. Do not use cosmetics internally. The raw materials come from verified sources. Bee products are strong antioxidants and contribute to significant cleansing of the body (so-called detox). Drink lots of water.
