This is a darker honey, which is caused by vegetable dyes contained in the sap of woody plants.
Forest honey has a spicy aroma, and a unique, harmonious, delicious taste, for which these honeys are very popular, sought after, and valued.
Compared to flower honey, it contains more fructose, dextrins, and flavonoids, but above all, a larger amount of minerals and trace elements that benefit the human body, so it is suitable for athletes and hard workers.
