Description (who we recommend the product to):

Shilajit is a natural mixture of organic and mineral origin which is created in rock crevices in the form of black and brown resin. It contains approximately 30 macro and micro elements, 10 kinds of metal oxides, 6 amino acids, vitamins, essential oils, and resin substances. Combined with honey, shilajit supports the locomotor system and stimulates metabolism, the immune system, and regenerative processes.

Usage (Dosage):

Slowly dissolve one tsp of preparation 2-3 times a day 30 minutes before meal.
The cure usually lasts 3 weeks.

Recommendation:

To achieve the desired effect, it is essential to use the products for at least 3 months. However, keep in mind, that it is recommended to begin with the consumption of any bee product in a very small amount and increase the dosage steadily. If you do not have any experience with bee products and are afraid (or even scared) of an allergic reaction, here is a simple tolerance test: Apply a few drops of water, alcohol or oil extract of propolis on the inner side of your wrist. If you do not notice any reaction (swelling, itching, redness) within the next 24 hours, you can use propolis in any form confidently. Do not use cosmetics internally. Information about this product is based on literature, domestic and foreign scientific studies, and also on the experiences of our customers.

The raw materials come from verified sources. Bee products are strong antioxidants and contribute to significant cleansing of the body (so-called detox). Drink lots of water. Detoxification symptoms are not a reason to stop using the product. Beneficial effects can be seen after 2 weeks. Dietary supplements and all the other bee products should not be used as a healthy diet substitute. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Store out the reach of children. Not suitable for people allergic to any of the product ingredients. The apitherapist can adjust the dosage. Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature up to 26 °C and relative humidity up to 75 %. Protect from sunlight. Use within 3 months after opening.
